Habit tracking with streak functionality
Islamic features including Salah tracker, Quran progress, and more
Accountability partner connections
Rewards and achievement systems

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Free and Premium Plans

Niyyah360 offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require a paid subscription.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed through your App Store or Google Play account. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play Store according to their respective policies.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm other users
Share inappropriate or offensive content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt the service

Niyyah360 and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (goals, notes, etc.), and grant us a license to store and display this content to provide our services.

Our app may integrate with third-party services. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
